In Awe of Autumn

We are almost there! My favorite time of the year! Autumn 🍂 I’m ready to be in awe of autumn.

The smell of nature, the beauty of the fall colors. The amazing sleep you get in the rain, and that refreshed, anew feeling! Give me more!!

Don’t forget the fall fashion! Blazers, jackets, cardigans, sweaters, sweater dresses, boots… the list goes on and on. And I love it!

But more importantly, it’s a time for change around the world – bigger than your backyard… called “Autumnal Equinox“.

Did you know the Autumnal Equinox will occur on Sept 22 this year?

On the vernal equinox, day and night are each approximately 12 hours long (with the actual time of equal day and night, in the Northern Hemisphere, occurring a few days before the vernal equinox). The Sun crosses the celestial equator going northward; it rises exactly due east and sets exactly due west.

So in that moment, we have an extended moment of transition.

“In the Yogic tradition, the Equinox is seen as a day when one has the best possibilities of transcending the limitations and compulsions of one’s physical longings.” ~Sadhguru

This is the perfect time to identify intentions you truly desire, and manifest them in your life. Let go of doubts, fears and self-limitations and allow yourself to imagine being connected to your true power of light, and the ability to create blessings, joy, and love in your life. Spiritual meanings

Get ready to be in awe of autumn! Make everyday in awe of you! 😉
