What is procrastination?
Delaying what needs to be done, choosing to do other pleasurable things vs what really needs to be done.
Procrastination, like a disease that overtakes you. There are ways to battle this ailment and all of us can achieve the best of ourselves.
Anxiety- a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.- straight from the dictionary.
The worst part about anxiety is that you don’t always know the root of it and without origin it’s to back step and try to get yourself out of that feeling.
