Healthy Taco Tuesday

Love Taco Tuesday!! But with summer around the corner we are all watching our waistline- right?  Here are some great ideas for a delicious dinner with calories that are good for you-

Substitute your corn taco for lettuce! Beef for turkey! Indulge in avocado, a brain food. Avocado is a great substitute in recipes.  Of course we love Guacamole but there is a lot more you can do with this wonderful Fruit, YES its a fruit some of us who were suspicious!  So lets start with the Turkey Taco Lettuce Wrap, then an easy Guacamole recipe with simple ingredients and for a nice dessert, consider a treat, a Spanish dessert Arroz con Leche– delicious!!
